Emelyna overseas the day-to-day operations of One Light and Two Light and oversees apartment leasing and resident services. Emelyna has more than 14 years in the multifamily industry, including luxury, affordable and senior housing properties. She is active in the Apartment Association of Kansas City and is a licensed Missouri Real Estate Agent.

Leah Maki

Director of Residential Marketing

As the Director of Residential Marketing, Leah is responsible for overseeing the national and local marketing efforts for the residential division for Cordish Living. Leah has over 15 years of experience both in- house and with agencies developing strategic integrated marketing plans, content and collateral, brand messaging, media relations, and digital marketing and analytics. A graduate of the University of Minnesota, she was most recently the Director of Marketing for Ocean Reef Club Sotheby’s International Realty and was instrumental in making them the premier luxury real estate company in the Florida Keys. Passionate about community, Leah volunteers with the Junior League of Kansas City (current), fun draising and development committee for Habitat for Humanity of Kansas City (current), past President of Habitat for Humanity of the Upper Keys, past Chair of United Way of the Florida Keys, and past board member for Leadership Monroe County.

Andrea Rothstein

Property Manager

Andrea Rothstein is the Property Manager of Two Light Luxury Apartments. She has over 18 years’ experience as a Property Manager, including luxury lease ups, multi-phase, and mid-rise communities located in North Kansas City and the Overland Park area. A graduate of Newman University, she was most recently Property Manager for MAA where she received Property Manager of the Year in 2017 for her management abilities and Leasing Team of the Year honors in 2018 for a successful lease up in the Kansas City market. She earned her Certified Property Manager (CAM) certification from the National Apartment Association in 2017. Andrea is passionate about all things sports, health and fitness. You can usually catch her burning in the Orange Zone at Orangetheory Fitness!

Gina Frazier

Assistant Property Manager

As the Assistant Property Manager at Two Light, Gina is responsible for maintaining accurate resident records and financial data, as well as assisting with leasing, marketing, events, and resident relations for the community. Previously, Gina worked in music management in West Hollywood, CA, managing celebrity clientele to meet their goals and needs. She got her start in property management at Fort Leonard Wood, MO in military housing. She subsequently went into the multifamily industry after relocating to the Kansas City area in 2015. Gina brings years of experience in contract law, business development, marketing, lease-ups, and resident retention and satisfaction. Gina is a Certified National Apartment Association Leasing Professional and member of the Kansas City Chapter of the National Apartment Association.

Chase Hamilton

Leasing Consultant

As the Leasing Consultant, Chase assists in resident services, events and amenity reservations, and guides prospective residents through each step of the home search, ensuring a perfect fit and excellent customer service. Chase is experienced in leasing, project management and hospitality and brings years of service in student housing and luxury multifamily buildings.

Bailey Morgan

Leasing Consultant

Bailey Morgan is a leasing consultant at Two Light Luxury Apartments. She has had the privilege to introduce potential residents to Two Light by guiding them through their home search process, giving tours of the community, processing rental applications and negotiating lease renewals. Bailey assists residents with all their needs including reserving private event spaces, amenity reservations, and maintenance requests. She has been a valuable member of the Two Light team for over two years.

Alexa Cole

Concierge and Resident Services

As the concierge and resident services associate, Alexa manages amenity space rentals and drives the production of exclusive resident events to create a personalized community experience. She also forges relationships with local businesses to curate off-site lifestyle benefits for residents. Alexa has an accounting background with several years of experience as a wedding coordinator and assistant event manager of a local wedding venue.

Allison Freeland

Social Media Digital Strategist

As the Social Media Digital Strategist, Allison creates, plans and implements strategic social content for each of the Cordish Living properties. In her two years of professional marketing experience, she has gained international and local experience in the business-networking, entertainment, sports and now multi-family industries. She is a member of the Greater Kansas City PRSA chapter and the Social Media Club of Kansas City.

Aneesah Freese

Resident Services Manager

Aneesah Freese is the Resident Services Manager of One Light and Two Light Luxury Apartments. She oversees the day-to-day operations of the front desk. Her ability to identify residents needs quickly is what sets her apart. She is certified in the Missouri Fair Housing Laws and is a Licensed Missouri Real Estate Agent.

Annette Moore

Resident Services

As the AM shift Resident Services Associate, Annette offers a friendly face to welcome resident’s home, retrieve packages and assist guests. In addition, Annette manages all of the deliveries and vendors, assists residents with move-in/out, and provides a high-level of customer service with a smile. As the first point of contact for residents and guests, Annette brings positive energy to each conversation and resolves issues quickly and effectively.
